Service Description
Host an unforgettable birthday party for your child with The Little Playhouse's Whole Venue Rental package. We will be closed to the public for this event. In the 2 hour 30 min time frame you will have to put up and take down your decor. Once the party is over we will be open to the public again but you can still continue to play. Up to 25 kids, with socks if need. Additional passes and socks can be purchased for $3.00.
Cancellation Policy
THE LITTLE PLAYHOUSE CAFÉ Party Rental Policies & Agreement 300 E Main Street, Ardmore, OK Thank you for choosing The Little Playhouse Café for your celebration. Please read carefully—booking confirms agreement to all terms below. Booking & Payment A non-refundable $100 deposit or 50% of the total balance (whichever is greater) is required to secure your date and time. Deposits apply to your final balance, due at the end of your party. Dates cannot be held without a deposit. Cancellations within 14 days forfeit the deposit and incur a $25 fee. Parties canceled more than 14 days in advance may transfer the deposit once to a future date. Party Options DIY/Open-to-Public: The play café remains open to the public. You’ll have a private party area and may bring food and decorations. Whole Venue Rental: Exclusive use of the café and play area for your group, with staff assistance during setup and cleanup. Time & Overtime Your scheduled time includes setup and cleanup. Going more than 15 minutes over will result in a $50 per half-hour fee. All guests must exit within 15 minutes of the scheduled end time. Play Area Rules Play areas are for children ages 10 and under. The baby zone is for 24 months & under. Adults may assist. Unsafe or destructive behavior may result in removal. Parents must supervise children at all times. Food & Add-Ons Any Food or drinks are fine. NO GlASS BOTTLES. Decorations Nothing may be attached to walls or ceilings, we provide multiple stand options. Helium balloons must be weighted. No confetti or glitter. Wall or floor damage or residue may result in a $100 damage fee. Cleaning & Damages Please dispose of trash and food in bins. Excessive mess or property damage will result in a $150 cleaning/damage fee. Socks Policy Socks are required for all guests in the play area. No shoes or bare feet allowed. Socks may be purchased at the café if needed. Personal Items The Little Playhouse Café is not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged belongings. Liability By booking, the renter agrees to hold harmless The Little Playhouse Café and its employees from injury, loss, or damage occurring during the event, except in cases of proven negligence.
